About this write-up
This case study describes the engagement as recorded. The client is not named; figures and outcomes are as reported by the client and have not been independently audited.

The challenge
Each loan proposal meant days of copying figures into CMA templates, chasing clients on WhatsApp for documents, and guessing which bank's criteria a borrower would meet.
Objectives
- Financial document reading
- Two-page credit summary
- Bank-ready CMA reports
- GST vs bank checks
Discovery
We built this loan platform for a chartered accountancy firm that arranges business loans for its clients. It reads balance sheets, ITRs, GST returns and bank statements, writes a short credit summary, builds bank-ready CMA reports, matches each borrower to the banks and NBFCs most likely to approve, collects missing documents over WhatsApp, and tracks every submission.
What was built
- Financial document reading. Balance sheets, ITRs, GST returns, bank statements and CIBIL reports read and sorted automatically.
- Two-page credit summary. Revenue trend, margins, working capital, debt and key risks summarised for the bank's credit team.
- Bank-ready CMA reports. Operating statements, ratios, fund flow and MPBF worked out automatically in the bank's format.
- GST vs bank checks. Reported GST turnover compared with bank credits to catch mismatches before the bank does.
- Lender matching. Borrowers matched to banks and NBFCs by credit score, turnover, collateral, ticket size and turnaround.
- WhatsApp document collection. Clients are reminded on WhatsApp in Hindi or English and upload missing documents straight back.
