About this write-up
This case study describes the engagement as recorded. The client is not named; figures and outcomes are as reported by the client and have not been independently audited.

The challenge
The pre-sales team took hours to call new enquiries back, most leads went cold before anyone reached them, and qualification notes rarely made it into the CRM.
Objectives
- Call-back in 30 seconds
- Natural voice conversations
- Buyer intent score
- Site visits booked on the call
Discovery
We built this lead engagement platform for a real estate developer. When an enquiry comes in from ads, portals or the website, an AI voice agent calls back within 30 seconds, answers questions from the project's approved pricing, plans and RERA details, scores the buyer's intent and books a site visit — then sends the brochure and location on WhatsApp and logs everything in the CRM. Sales managers can listen in, whisper or take over any live call.
What was built
- Call-back in 30 seconds. New enquiries from ads, portals and the website are called automatically, day or night.
- Natural voice conversations. The agent handles interruptions and questions in English, Hindi and regional languages.
- Buyer intent score. Each call scores budget, timeline, decision-maker and engagement, and marks leads hot, warm or cold.
- Site visits booked on the call. Visits are booked into site-office slots, with the brochure, layout and location sent on WhatsApp.
- Live call takeover. Managers can listen in, whisper to the agent or take over a call when a buyer needs a person.
- Two-way CRM sync. Calls, summaries, scores and bookings sync with Farvision, Salesforce or LeadSquared.
