About this write-up
This case study describes the engagement as recorded. The client is not named; figures and outcomes are as reported by the client and have not been independently audited.

The challenge
Enquiries waited hours for a first call, site visits, stock and negotiations sat in separate systems, and leadership only saw the pipeline in end-of-week reports.
Objectives
- Eight AI sales agents
- Live 3D project view
- Office view of the agents
- Calls in English, Hindi and Marathi
Discovery
We built this command center for a large real estate developer. Eight AI agents run the sales pipeline end to end — taking in leads, scoring them, calling buyers, following up on WhatsApp, matching them to units, arranging site visits, negotiating within pricing rules and preparing agreements. Leadership watches it all on a live 3D model of the developer's projects, where towers fill up as units sell, and any decision outside policy comes to a person for approval.
What was built
- Eight AI sales agents. Lead intake, scoring, voice calls, follow-ups, unit matching, site visits, negotiation and documentation.
- Live 3D project view. Towers fill floor by floor as units are reserved and sold; projects under construction show their progress.
- Office view of the agents. See what each agent is doing right now — on a call, messaging a buyer or out on a site visit.
- Calls in English, Hindi and Marathi. The voice agent calls buyers, answers questions and books site tours.
- Negotiation within rules. Prices and payment plans offered only within the developer's approved discount and floor-rise rules.
- Approvals when it matters. Anything outside policy goes to the sales director, who approves or adjusts it in one click.
